A warm welcome to Poked Studio

Poked Studio is the visual work of Jonathan Ball. He creates amazing work for an impressive list of clients including MTV, BBC, National Library of Wales, Sony Playstation, Astral Media VRAK TV, Digit Magazine, Auto Trader and Trend Micro. Wallcandy Art has got it's grubby mitts on five pieces from Poked Studio each with a print run limited to 50 prints. The Giclée prints are on both canvas and art paper and sizes are from A2 up to A0, framed in either mahogany or snow white frames. That's all for now, more work coming in March so watch this space...

Launch Show A Great Success

A massive thanks to all that showed up at the Louise Blouin Institute for our official launch show. It was really good to put faces to names and meet you guys. 10th December 2008 - WallCandyArt Launch Exhibition

We're launching our gallery on 10th December with some free booze, good music and an exhibition of some of the finest examples of creativity in the world. Featuring all of our artists and more... The exhibition starts at 7pm and goes on until midnight; it's FREE admission and will be held at Louis Blouin Institute so pop in if you're in the area on the 10th December and say hello. Giclée & screenprints will be available to buy as strictly limited editions on gallery wrapped canvas or archival acid free art paper so arrive early to insure you get yours. See you there WCA

We have received 4 fantastic Giclée prints from Maxwell and they're up in the gallery ready for your wall... Maxwell's editorial illustrations have appeared internationally in magazines that focus on street art, fashion, art, and science. Maxwell’s work has been included in educational & scholastic books covering subjects about digital imaging and footwear art. He has also worked on branding and store interior design concepts for a design company. Self initiated personal projects, such as hand drawn t-shirts, help keep his work stylish contemporary and modern.
