Ordering & Payment

How do I order?

Select the product you would like from our gallery. Select 'Add to basket' to add the product to your shopping basket. A summary of items in your basket will then be shown. To order select 'Checkout' or 'Continue Shopping'.

In the Checkout section, choose Paypal, you will then be directed to Paypal's secure page where you can continue with your transaction. Once your order has been accepted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you specified at the checkout section. Alternatively you can place your order by emailing us at connect@wallcandyart.co.uk or call 0845 601 6550

Which payment methods do you accept?

Our preferred method is online using PayPal. It's not a problem if you do not have a Paypal account, you can still pay with a credit or debit card using the secure Paypal page. Alternatively you can send a cheque (no work can commence until all cheques have cleared).

How does the shopping basket work?

Just like a shopping trolley at a supermarket, you can put things in your cart (by clicking on the 'add to cart' button) without having to buy them - it is just a way of holding onto things that you are interested in. You are not committed to a purchase until you take your selected item(s) through to the checkout. However, you cannot purchase an item until it has been added to your cart, so remember to check the contents of your cart carefully before you check out. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button. If you want to remove something, simply click Remove.

When you have finished shopping click on Checkout. You will be then asked for your personal details and can choose how to pay for your goods.

Do you sell Gift Vouchers?

Yes, you can purchase Gift Vouchers by simply emailing us the value that you require and your contact details. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against any WallCandyArt product.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all our prices shown on the website include VAT now at 15%.

What happens if I wish to place an order but would rather not use my credit card online?

Although our credit card processing is totally secure, you can place an order directly by calling 0845 601 6550 or alternatively email us and we will call you at a convenient time to take your credit card details.

We also accept cheques, however no work can commence until all cheques have cleared.

Is there a contact telephone number I can call?

Yes, you can call us on 0845 601 6550. Our studio is open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday. Outside these hours please leave a message or email us and someone will get back to you.
